5 out of 5 starsShaun came over at 4:30 Friday Memorial Day weekend. He spent an extra 2 hours driving for parts to make sure that my AC would be right for the 3 day weekend. The repair was worse than anticipated and it was 11:30 pm when the job was completed. Shaun is a true professional in all aspects, a rare breed of contractors that put forth the effort and really does care about you and your family's comfort. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who wants a first class AC repair-install job done. Most contractors would of left to get parts the first time and wouldn't of came back till tues-wed of next week. Thank you so much Shaun i really do appreciate it. We had dirty coils and after being taken apart and cleaned, the A/C started cooling a lot better. I was very happy with the service and how they explained the problem and how to prevent it by changing our filters more often. Thanks! See more See less

5 out of 5 starsI’ve had Tri-State do work at my home and multiple rental properties I own. The owner is personable, professional, and most importantly, does good honest work. I had a bad experience with another company that came out to look at my heat strips and they magically found a “leak” in my refrigerant line that looked like a screw driver had stabbed it. Funny thing, the A/C worked fine before that company came out. With Tri-State, I know I’m getting an honest quote and they’ll put all the options on the table for me without trying to up sell me. They’re my choice from here on out. I’d recommend them to anyone. See more See less
